When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Alexandre Santana put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vintilă Murgu. Astor Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronan McCunn, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 47th of the match, Nicholas Ramachandran tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Astor Odon got in the way and made a wonderful save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Milian made a kick off. Ronan McCunn might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Odon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronan McCunn ran back to his position shaking his head. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronan McCunn in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Máximo Cozzetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Murgu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
