Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's attentive Oğuzalp Yetiş managed to snatch the ball when Angelo Abeijon made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. The supporters of Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC booed when LOS MENTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şenol Güneş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute of the match, Lorenzo James got a very nice opportunity to score, but Şenol Güneş was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Şenol Güneş was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Lorenzo James capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lorenzo James really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 27th minute, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Şenol Güneş. Şenol Güneş yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Angelo Abeijon hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Bernardo Sasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Şenol Güneş in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Agamenón do Nascimento got a free kick in the 38th minute. When Benedicto Bihar got free in front of the goal in the 40th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Şenol Güneş was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Şenol Güneş. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Hermengildo Soin got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedicto Bihar to make the kick off. Marcel Méjean kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Batıkan Muhsin made an important save on a dangerous shot by 汪常然 in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goal looked a bit too open when 汪常然 came free, but Batıkan Muhsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco George in the 61st minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykut Canel in the 75th minute of play forced LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Şenol Güneş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Abeijon charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Abeijon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Angelo Abeijon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Aykut Canel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykut Canel in the 81st minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 汪常然. 汪常然 made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 86thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Batıkan Muhsin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 91st minute Aykut Canel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şenol Güneş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOS MENTI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seçkin Öksüzoğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's players had a chance to rest. For all the effort they put into the match, the LOS MENTI players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC.
