Niyazi Färzäliyev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Masetti having to interfere. In the 22nd minute of the match, Mäcim Ağayarov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Attilio Masetti was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniele Sardella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziyäddin Ağamurtuzov having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Christian Falcioni made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Brekalo's Ziyäddin Ağamurtuzov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Attilio Masetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niyazi Färzäliyev in the 37th minute of the match. Christian Falcioni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee ignored Cavalicco's protests and gave Augusto Piccoli a yellow card for diving instead. After 51 played minutes Cavalicco got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Piccoli. In the 58th minute, Daniele Sardella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ziyäddin Ağamurtuzov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 86th minute, Äjdärxan Talıblı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniele Sardella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ziyäddin Ağamurtuzov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Cavalicco's goal looked a bit too open when Niyazi Färzäliyev came free, but Attilio Masetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ziyäddin Ağamurtuzov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniele Sardella in the 93rd minute.
