The audience was convinced that Moisés Queiroga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severo Nofre was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. A collision led to Manchester City getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Vejbystrand's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sílvio Luís Faria in the 14th minute. A nice corner shot did that Sílvio Luís Faria got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Severo Nofre quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Severo Nofre made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Joachim Anselius sent off a good shot on target. Moisés Queiroga took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Nofre. Severo Nofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Moisés Queiroga notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Manchester City's Severo Nofre. Severo Nofre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Queiroga came free, but Severo Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joachim Anselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. During this time Vejbystrand's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Joachim Anselius advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Desiderio Efren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vejbystrand's Lars Bergqvist quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Torgny Valrot advanced and headed the ball into goal, 6-0 in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Ennegren came free, but Severo Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harald Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Severo Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Ennegren came free, but Severo Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Vejbystrand booed when Manchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Gentza didn't get a good kick on the ball. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
