The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 41 minutes into the game, Teodoro Chale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santoryu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF- Ursus Magura the free kick. Espen Lyngsby made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Cesare Romano sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of -BZF- Ursus Magura:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Santoryu FC:s goal. The Santoryu FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. -BZF- Ursus Magura were winning 0-2.

-BZF- Ursus Magura's Espen Lyngsby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Grzelak in the 55th minute of play. Santoryu FC's Grzegorz Grzelak managed to work through -BZF- Ursus Magura's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Grzegorz Grzelak dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Santoryu FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Claudiu Şerbănoiu scored to the left of an out of position Ercole Carnevale, making the score, 0-3. Nicolas Whitmore who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Ercole Carnevale when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Espen Lyngsby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Romano in the 65th minute of the match. Nicolas Whitmore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ercole Carnevale made a huge save. In the 89th minute, Claudiu Şerbănoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The -BZF- Ursus Magura supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing -BZF- Ursus Magura would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
