Marcu Alexandru hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Bekir Sacid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niculae Andronescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Andrei Victor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nevşehir Juniors's Tuncer Akdeniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Nevşehir Juniors getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Asım Işınsu hit a great ball. FC Ruscova's Andrei Victor got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Lucian Neagoe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ruscova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nevşehir Juniors the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Ruscova's Aurelian Bărcăuan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tuncer Akdeniz. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. Aurelian Bărcăuan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tuncer Akdeniz came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelian Bărcăuan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Andrei Victor made a precise shot to the right of Tuncer Akdeniz. Nevşehir Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. FC Ruscova's Niculae Andronescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfi Yalçınkaya in the 41st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Victor in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tuncer Akdeniz saved Nevşehir Juniors from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Selman Sefaaddin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nevşehir Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lütfi Yalçınkaya to make the kick off. After 70 minutes of play, FC Ruscova's Andrei Victor made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tuncer Akdeniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Andrei Victor put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tuncer Akdeniz. Aurelian Bărcăuan took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tuncer Akdeniz. Tuncer Akdeniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Tuncer Akdeniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Țepeneag's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Aurelian Bărcăuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ruscova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelian Bărcăuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Andrei Victor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tuncer Akdeniz. Nevşehir Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrei Victor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. FC Ruscova walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
