Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Egemen Toralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osman Nuri Rikap in the 41st minute of play. The AKHisaR fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when AKHisaR's Ramazan Afacan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ramazan Afacan ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gazi Tuğkan in the 65th minute of play forced 68Aksarayspor's goalkeeper Aral İftihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramazan Afacan struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Aral İftihar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKHisaR. The 68Aksarayspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aral İftihar should have stopped the shot. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ramazan Afacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 68Aksarayspor's Aral İftihar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
