A collision led to Avel Vat getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ahmid Le Bastard hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faas Marsal in the 6th minute of play forced Avel Vat's goalkeeper Yves Amet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Everton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léonard Beuve in the 14th minute. Avel Vat's Léonard Beuve got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Avel Vat's zone, Renato Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yves Amet came out of the goal and Renato Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yves Amet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Yves Amet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faas Marsal in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Avel Vat getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Simon Collinet hit a great ball. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when Avel Vat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léonard Beuve didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Oscar Prestes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yves Amet. After a rather tough play, Avel Vat's Noureddine Lacan got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes of play, Zuera Never End MZC's Oscar Prestes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yves Amet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faas Marsal was the one to do the kick off. Renato Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Léonard Beuve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Everton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faas Marsal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yves Amet having to make a save. Yves Amet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faas Marsal in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faas Marsal got free with Yves Amet in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aymerick Thellier hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match.
