Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nestor Ritchie kicked off to start the match. Douglas Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Peruanton in the 2nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SORRISO E. C.'s zone, Nestor Ritchie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Viana came out of the goal and Nestor Ritchie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Rodrigo Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horácio Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Pereyra kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Mendonça got free with Sebastian Rojelio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 31 played minutes Gutenberg got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Lawrence. In the 34thth minute of the game Alberto Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gutenberg's Sebastian Rojelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of SORRISO E. C. booed when Gutenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Lawrence didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Mendonça in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute Nestor Ritchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Mendonça made a kick off. SORRISO E. C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Bernardo Lawrence scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Viana, making the score, 0-1. Douglas Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Dominguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruninho Bueno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 minutes, Tiburcio Ovando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gutenberg and the SORRISO E. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiburcio Ovando kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gutenberg made a substitution. Baldomero Marcones replaced Nestor Ritchie. A collision led to Gutenberg getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tiburcio Ovando hit a great ball. After 68 minutes, Mateus Salgado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SORRISO E. C. and the Gutenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Mateus Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gutenberg's Baldomero Marcones got a free kick in the 71st minute. Douglas Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Franco in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Alberto Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SORRISO E. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Douglas Viana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baldomero Marcones showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Alberto Mendonça scored 2-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Rojelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Carlos Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Peruanton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Douglas Viana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
