Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roque Aguilar kicked off to start the match. Célio Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Roque Aguilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Tróia having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sporting Westmeerbeek's Roque Aguilar got a free kick in the 5th minute. Eriberto de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Sarangapani in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Décio Tróia saved LaCity from getting behind. Décio Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Matias Dimo managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when LaCity's Haroldo Viana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Matias Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Silvano De Toro charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano De Toro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. LaCity made a substitution. Ian Torres replaced Eriberto de Souza. A collision led to Sporting Westmeerbeek getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Silvano De Toro hit a great ball. LaCity's Décio Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Sarangapani in the 29th minute of play. Décio Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Sarangapani, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to LaCity getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Osvaldo Lluis hit a great ball. Ian Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Matias Dimo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Aguilar in the 40th minute of play forced LaCity's goalkeeper Décio Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Aguilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

55 minutes into the game, Alex Sarangapani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Décio Tróia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 59 minutes into the match, LaCity's Haroldo Viana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Dimo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute of the match LaCity got a corner. Sporting Westmeerbeek's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Célio Nunes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Décio Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by LaCity's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Portai was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Westmeerbeek's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Sporting Westmeerbeek's corner Lucas Portai fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Décio Tróia quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, LaCity's Osvaldo Lluis got a free kick in the 67th minute. LaCity made a substitution. Duarte Madureira replaced Vebjørn Knutsen. After 68 played minutes LaCity got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Lluis. Alex Sarangapani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Décio Tróia made a huge save. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Alex Sarangapani sped through LaCity's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Décio Tróia. Roque Aguilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Décio Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, LaCity's goalkeeper Décio Tróia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Sarangapani. Matias Dimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Torres in the 83rd minute of the match. Dean Rutgeerts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Décio Tróia made a huge save. After 88 played minutes LaCity got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Barros. Décio Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Aguilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Matias Dimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Viana in the 94th minute of play. Sporting Westmeerbeek's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
