The supporters of Vaccean Warriors booed when Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Nicolae Petrulean made a precise shot to the right of Lütfi Kutlubay. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chiquinho Pombal in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Chapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Otávio Freitas made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vaccean Warriors's Jesus Jesus. A collision led to Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Otávio Freitas hit a great ball. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Lütfi Kutlubay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Petrulean in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Alastair Pell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chiquinho Pombal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolae Petrulean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lütfi Kutlubay having to make a save. With his leg Lütfi Kutlubay managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Vaccean Warriors's Nicolae Petrulean fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Nicolae Petrulean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lütfi Kutlubay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Petrulean in the 58th minute. Lütfi Kutlubay was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Nicolae Petrulean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicolae Petrulean really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Zygmunt Rzegotka hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Lütfi Kutlubay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tano Di Paolo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 73 minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Vaccean Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Jesus to maneuver through the defense. Vaccean Warriors were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Telo Papo took the corner. Lütfi Kutlubay made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Tano Di Paolo sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vaccean Warriors walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
