The referee showed Alípio Albuquerque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alípio Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Dan Wassenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jose Evis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Nuxila came free, but Adrian Sillén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Sillén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Truylos's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Terapia Intensiva getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Alípio Albuquerque hit a great ball. If Dan Wassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benicio Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Sillén having to interfere. The long shot by Agustin Nuxila in the 32nd minute really tested Adrian Sillén's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Tobias Truylos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oakcroft Thrashers's Adrian Sillén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alípio Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrian Sillén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 43 played minutes, Oakcroft Thrashers's Jesper Browald shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jose Evis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oakcroft Thrashers reached it. When Dan Wassenius came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Oakcroft Thrashers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Wassenius couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Truylos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Oakcroft Thrashers's Dan Wassenius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. In the 59th minute, Agustin Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lorenzo Fernanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Sillén having to interfere. Adrian Sillén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Adrian Sillén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Eriksson's late challenge caught a Terapia Intensiva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Eriksson helped the player get up and apologised. Terapia Intensiva made a substitution. Clemente Fonda replaced Lucio Luix. After 92 played minutes Oakcroft Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Eriksson. 95 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Jose Evis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Jernberg. Oakcroft Thrashers were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Terapia Intensiva's much stronger midfield.
