The audience was convinced that Ralph Turner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Wiklund was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goalkeeper Aaron Wiklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ralph Turner. Joachim Uggstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Aaron Wiklund made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Ralph Turner sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lance Aylwin got free with Aaron Wiklund in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ralph Turner scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Wiklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Crossa charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Crossa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Crossa. Lucas Crossa kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Ralph Turner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holger Apelqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonty Connell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ralph Turner made a kick off. Ralph Turner took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Wiklund. Aaron Wiklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Lance Aylwin's late challenge caught a Moodys IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lance Aylwin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance Aylwin to maneuver through the defense. After 56 minutes of play AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Lance Aylwin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Jonty Connell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB from getting a goal against them. Mitchell Petty kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Joachim Uggstedt's shot from long distance in the 61st minute was not bad at all, but AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Jonty Connell knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 65 minutes into the game, Ralph Turner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Aaron Wiklund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonty Connell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Apelqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralph Turner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Wiklund having to make a save. In the 72nd minute, Ralph Turner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Wiklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Benedict Annis managed to get in a good position for a shot. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedict Annis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Wiklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Ralph Turner made a precise shot to the right of Aaron Wiklund. Moodys IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Sven-Ove Kråk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jonty Connell made a huge save. When Mitchell Petty fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's protests and gave Mitchell Petty a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moodys IF booed when AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitchell Petty didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Rufus Haydock. When Benedict Annis fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's protests and gave Benedict Annis a yellow card for diving instead. Benedict Annis kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Many of Moodys IF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Moodys IF may have spent more time on the ball, but AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
