Markowy Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tom Wassenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 28 minutes Atlético de Caracas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaroslaw Rasimowicz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jaroslaw Rasimowicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético de Caracas's Zarando Calva did a great save. Markowy Team's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazmija Stojković in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mai Jian Xi in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zarando Calva prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
