Lukasz Jaszyna went to the cornerflag to take it. 47 minutes into the match, FC MARKUS's goal looked a bit too open when Matt Friend came free, but Arkadiusz Kostka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobald Jeziorkowski to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shawn Coulson in the 71st minute of play forced FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Kostka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. T H F C's Luke Bush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Jeziorkowski in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Jeziorkowski came free, but Luke Bush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franz Midgley struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Arkadiusz Kostka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for T H F C. In the 92nd match minute, FC MARKUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Jeziorkowski to maneuver through the defense. Franz Midgley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Kostka having to interfere. Arkadiusz Kostka made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Franz Midgley sent off a good shot on target. Luke Bush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Jeziorkowski in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC MARKUS fans cheered their team off the field, for while T H F C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
