An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Sântimbrean in the 40th minute of play forced Grütly's goalkeeper Epifanio Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grütly's Benito Bizi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastian Bungeanu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Grütly's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guido Olentzaro in the 67th minute. The corner ended in Guido Olentzaro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Sebastian Bungeanu did a great save. 70 minutes into the match, Grütly's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Sântimbrean came free, but Epifanio Boniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
