Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hagbard Ribov, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Andres Oper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Strib Galacticos IF's Hasan Fuleager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Craandijk in the 18th minute of play. Andres Oper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. After 25 minutes, Leon Craandijk made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Strib Galacticos IF's Hasan Fuleager tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hasan Fuleager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Craandijk in the 32nd minute of play. The Strib Galacticos IF fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Strib Galacticos IF's Andres Oper looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute of the match Strib Galacticos IF got a corner. FFC Merainies 03's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mike Tyson ran over to the corner to take the kick. 43 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pepijn Hummel came free, but Hasan Fuleager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Hasan Fuleager, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Oper in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pepijn Hummel came free, but Hasan Fuleager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Strib Galacticos IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boukjan Bunt was slow to take the kick. During this time FFC Merainies 03's players had a chance to rest. FFC Merainies 03's Pepijn Hummel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hasan Fuleager in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hagbard Ribov in the 57th minute of play. Hasan Fuleager showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Komen Schotte, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Oper in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hasan Fuleager showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepijn Hummel, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, FFC Merainies 03's Leon Craandijk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Vlad Pâslaru kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hagbard Ribov in the 79th minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Leon Craandijk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hasan Fuleager didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. 93 minutes into the match, Andres Oper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. FFC Merainies 03's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres Oper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The FFC Merainies 03 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
