An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Gustavsson in the 12th minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Justino Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Nicanor Tipi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Häger. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Tipi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The wind increased when Gavino Cefero made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Los Irrompibles's Benito Sabino got a free kick in the 51st minute. Justino Inko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Erik Gustavsson in the 53rd minute. Gavino Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Jan-Erik Gustavsson got a free kick in the 57th minute. Gavino Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Häger having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Cefero came free, but Bertil Häger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Los Irrompibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Inko should have stopped the shot. Generoso Berbiz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Jan-Erik Gustavsson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Hala Madrid Iraki FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Gustavsson couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
