Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) AFK Petržalka's Klement Dupal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gottfrid Rönn charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gottfrid Rönn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AFK Petržalka booed when Zlatan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gottfrid Rönn didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Roland Záhoran lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Billy Pihl. 13 minutes into the game, Zlatan BK's Zlatan Skott nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Fisher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in AFK Petržalka's zone, Gottfrid Rönn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Fisher came out of the goal and Gottfrid Rönn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the game, Roland Záhoran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Billy Pihl. Roland Záhoran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as AFK Petržalka's Roland Záhoran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Billy Pihl. That made the score 4-1 after 22 minutes of play. 28 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's Roland Záhoran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Billy Pihl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. AFK Petržalka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miroslav Cupka in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on AFK Petržalka's corner Miroslav Cupka fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Billy Pihl quite easily take care of the ball. In the 30th minute, Jon Kielberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Billy Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Záhoran in the 31st minute of play. When Robin Skog fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zlatan BK's protests and gave Robin Skog a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Zlatan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Skog to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th match minute, AFK Petržalka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Costantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Gottfrid Rönn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Billy Pihl was a little too slow when Roland Záhoran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 6-1. In the 47th minute Zlatan Skott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Fisher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zlatan Skott to strike the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Hugo Fisher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zlatan Skott. Billy Pihl came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFK Petržalka's Roland Záhoran. But to his dismay, Roland Záhoran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. After having played for 77 minutes, Roland Záhoran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFK Petržalka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Záhoran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kjell Grönberg made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zlatan Run immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Bryan Reyna got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 96th minute, Robin Skog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zlatan BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFK Petržalka.
