Horea Vulcănescu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Horea Vulcănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla Tarkan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Emir Sarik charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Emir Sarik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Ajans180 got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Emir Sarik. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Vulcănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Vulcănescu in the 7th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Horea Vulcănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilla Tarkan Gurbet was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Göran Wahlström hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Staffan Eckegren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melih Berat's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Melih Berat put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Staffan Eckegren. If Horea Vulcănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horea Vulcănescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atilla Tarkan Gurbet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Jernberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of G A I S booed when Ajans180 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melih Berat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horea Vulcănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Jernberg in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind G A I S's goalkeeper Staffan Eckegren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arne Stensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ajans180's Melih Berat got a free kick in the 38th minute. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Vulcănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. G A I S were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Ajans180's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cléber Marinho took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ajans180's goalie and right to Arne Stensson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ajans180's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, G A I S's Arne Stensson got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Horea Vulcănescu charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horea Vulcănescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ajans180 made a substitution. Köksal Aldemir replaced Torgny Gullesson. In the 53rd minute, Horea Vulcănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Jernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melih Berat in the 56th minute of play forced G A I S's goalkeeper Staffan Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Horea Vulcănescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. G A I S's supporters rose to their feet, but Horea Vulcănescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilla Tarkan Gurbet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. G A I S's Pontus Ström was substituted for Sixten Ekström. After a rather tough play, G A I S's John Jernberg got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 72 played minutes G A I S's Horea Vulcănescu stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Atilla Tarkan Gurbet stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Ajans180 of the goal. Buğra Taştan charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Buğra Taştan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Ajans180's Atilla Tarkan Gurbet got control of the ball when Horea Vulcănescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. G A I S's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cléber Marinho in the 90th minute. The corner ended in Cléber Marinho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ajans180's Atilla Tarkan Gurbet did a great save. Horea Vulcănescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Atilla Tarkan Gurbet when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
