Ingmar Nordström struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ovidio Maureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pajala Sunrise. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Ben Hur's zone, Well-Well Welle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Maureo came out of the goal and Well-Well Welle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Well-Well Welle got free with Ovidio Maureo in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Txilar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ingmar Nordström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pajala Sunrise's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingmar Nordström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Maureo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidio Maureo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Well-Well Welle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Well-Well Welle made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Maureo. Sportivo Ben Hur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Ovidio Maureo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Well-Well Welle. Ovidio Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Well-Well Welle, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Fabio Ferdinand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Tancredo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. SK Au's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Maureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Ovidio Maureo came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Pajala Sunrise's Abcdefghijklmno Taofeek Salami. But to his dismay, Abcdefghijklmno Taofeek Salami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

The wind increased when Bruno Maraman made the kick off in the second half. Well-Well Welle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Maureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Pajala Sunrise were awarded a corner. SK Au went to the cornerflag to take it. SK Au made a great header on Pajala Sunrise's corner, it was just that Sportivo Ben Hur's Ovidio Maureo managed to reach the ball for a save. Walter Tinglöf hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Maraman got free with Axel Ros in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Börje Axelsson got a free kick in the 65th minute. Axel Ros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Maraman in the 69th minute. Bruno Maraman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Axel Ros made a huge save. Ovidio Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Well-Well Welle, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Bruno Maraman took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Axel Ros to make any attempt to save it. Ovidio Maureo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Maramans short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Axel Ros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Markus Askestät got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pajala Sunrise fully deserved thier win.
