An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Dominguez in the 3rd minute of play forced Ticul's goalkeeper Edwin 雷源 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holger Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Israeli in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Barascu came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Dominguez in the 11th minute of play forced Ticul's goalkeeper Edwin 雷源 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin 雷源 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Hök, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandru Chinezu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Holger Vester when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ticul's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isaltino Paes was slow to take the kick. During this time Hammarby IF's players had a chance to rest. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Barascu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Celedonio Dominguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Edwin 雷源 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ola Bremming hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Edwin 雷源 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Dominguez's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute Hammarby IF were awarded a corner. Isaltino Paes went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ticul's goalkeeper Edwin 雷源, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vintilă Barascu to make the kick off. Edwin 雷源 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Dominguez in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandru Chinezu in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Vester prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edwin 雷源 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gösta Söderberg in the 55th minute. Holger Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Israeli in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Ticul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niculae Gaciu to maneuver through the defense. Edwin 雷源 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Dominguez's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Barascu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Gösta Söderberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Dominguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin 雷源 having to interfere. Junior Ciobica hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Isaltino Paes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriu Tatomir came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriu Tatomir in the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Celedonio Dominguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Ticul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Lindell to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Edwin 雷源 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriu Tatomir, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 86th minute Valeriu Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Hök sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frans Beckenbauer kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Gösta Söderberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Edwin 雷源 made a huge save.
