After 61 played minutes, ForestFire's Elton Brewster shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jon Calatayud came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ForestFire reached it. In the 65th minute Russell Stinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Calatayud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ForestFire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Despite being the better team, ForestFire failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
