In the 39th minute, one of Pindorama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pindorama. Luís Fernando Cavalcante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugeniusz Milko's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Germán Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Qwinton in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugeniusz Milko to strike the kick off in the second half. When Conrado Qwinton fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pindorama's protests and gave Conrado Qwinton a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado Qwinton kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match.
