After a rather tough play, Lincoln City's Gilbert Marciewicz got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Eurico Trigueiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lincoln City's 刘乐烨 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Tiago Leiria made a precise shot to the right of 刘乐烨. Lincoln City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Teodoro Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Boavista F.C's Ivan Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Boavista F.C from getting a goal against them. Miromir Marchewka scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Miranda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ivan Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Marchewka, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Boavista F.C's zone, Filip Cerocki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Miranda came out of the goal and Filip Cerocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Eurico Trigueiro made a precise shot to the right of 刘乐烨. Lincoln City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Adam Barniszke took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Miranda. Ivan Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Krzysztof Filipowski kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Barniszke to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Boavista F.C's Teodoro Camargo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Ivan Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Marchewka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Marchewka in the 55th minute of play. 刘乐烨 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Trigueiro in the 58th minute of the match. Tiago Leiria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but 刘乐烨 made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Miromir Marchewka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 72nd minute, Jordão Regalado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 刘乐烨. The goal made the score 3-3. Lincoln City's Waclaw Siekierski was substituted for Daniel Ruszkowski. Tiago Leiria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 刘乐烨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Trigueiro in the 83rd minute of play. Ivan Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Domamir in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the Boavista F.C defense, Borys Juchno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Miranda. The Boavista F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Miranda should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Boavista F.C getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Teodoro Camargo hit a great ball.

The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Lincoln City were victorious despite being under pressure from Boavista F.C for much of the match.
