Nestor Firmin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Peter Santos made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Firmin. The Dream tin tin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 20 minutes into the match, Dream tin tin's goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Bărbânță came free, but Nestor Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samurai Champions FC's Márcio de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pau Segarra in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Patrick Galvão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dream tin tin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a rather tough play, Dream tin tin's Norbert Dombroski got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Peter Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peter Santos struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Nestor Firmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai Champions FC. Nestor Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Cordeiro in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes Dream tin tin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peter Santos who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Peter Santos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dream tin tin's Nestor Firmin did a great save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Santos to strike the kick off in the second half.
