In the 5th minute, Frits van Gaal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Magheran in the 9th minute of play forced Guanaco FC's goalkeeper Abel Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frits van Gaal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juvenal Antunes scored 0-8 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Bastia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Guanaco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. S.E. Pindorama Eagles were winning 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ştefan Magheran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Bastia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frits van Gaal went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Guanaco FC's goalkeeper Abel Bastia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Abel Bastia managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Ştefan Magheran fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 66 minutes into the match, Guanaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frits van Gaal came free, but Abel Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Vasquez took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Bastia. Abel Bastia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. Abel Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Vasquez in the 89th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Luis Vasquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Abel Bastia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. S.E. Pindorama Eagles played a much better game than Guanaco FC and deserved their victory. The Guanaco FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
