Alfredo Martins started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes of play, Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Feliz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Alfredo Martins put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Angelino Feliz. Angelino Feliz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from German Cano went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Toby Major in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Borrachos del Tablon's Maximo Millano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Eli in the 20th minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorian Moraes in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Feliz saved Los Borrachos del Tablon from getting behind. Angelino Feliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Dorian Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Feliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelino Feliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorian Moraes's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorian Moraes in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Feliz saved Los Borrachos del Tablon from getting behind. Alfredo Martins scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelino Feliz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dorian Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Angelino Feliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Marquês de Herval fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Angelino Feliz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Martins went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Angelino Feliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Moraes in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Marquês de Herval were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primitivo Eli was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Los Borrachos del Tablon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Feliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorian Moraes in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Los Borrachos del Tablon got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Paublo. Dorian Moraes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Angelino Feliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Martins in the 64th minute of play forced Los Borrachos del Tablon's goalkeeper Angelino Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Los Borrachos del Tablon defense, Alfredo Martins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelino Feliz. The Los Borrachos del Tablon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelino Feliz should have stopped the shot. After 71 minutes Los Borrachos del Tablon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Moussa Kabre who took care of the corner kick. Moussa Kabre made a great header on Marquês de Herval's corner, it was just that Los Borrachos del Tablon's Angelino Feliz managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelino Feliz. That made the score 0-9 after 74 minutes of play. In the 77th minute, Alfredo Martins reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Angelino Feliz. The goal made the score 0-10. 80 minutes into the match, Alfredo Martins had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Feliz. Los Borrachos del Tablon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Martins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Dida Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Checa in the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Los Borrachos del Tablon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Esiquio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marquês de Herval's Moussa Kabre got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelino Feliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Los Borrachos del Tablon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marquês de Herval were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
