Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Guido Vissenaeken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. George Forsyth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evtim Kúrdzhev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Vítor Baia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Jaspar Van Den Broeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Enrique Cassaretto hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Guido Vissenaeken kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving George Forsyth. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. When Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Municipal's goalie prevented a goal. Guido Vissenaeken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but George Forsyth made a huge save. Guido Vissenaeken who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of George Forsyth when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute of the match Brugge United got a corner. CD Municipal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaspar Van Den Broeck ran over to the corner to take the kick. Guido Vissenaeken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but George Forsyth made a huge save. Edelmiro Moise hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Cassaretto to strike the kick off in the second half. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnauld Van Impe, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Brugge United's goalkeeper Vítor Baia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 66th minute of the match. Porfírio Oliveira made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CD Municipal's Oliver Ramon. If Arnauld Van Impe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Arnauld Van Impe came free, but George Forsyth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ryota Miyagi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vítor Baia. That made the score 2-1 in the 89 minute of play. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ryota Miyagi hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ryota Miyagi took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Vítor Baia to make any attempt to save it. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
