The supporters of Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy booed when Henley on Thames United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beinn Speight didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sofoklis Prinianakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Kowalczyk in the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, Henley on Thames United's Sofoklis Prinianakis got control of the ball when Wawrzyniec Domamir tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Sofoklis Prinianakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walery Bienienda. In the 16th minute of the match Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy got a corner. Henley on Thames United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ciccio Kowalczyk ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Ciccio Kowalczyk to fire away a dangerous shot which Sofoklis Prinianakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Houghton in the 17th minute of play. Gustaw Nowak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Ottaway, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Houghton in the 22nd minute of play forced Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's goalkeeper Gustaw Nowak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Nowak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jake Marriott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zbyszek Le Bonniec scored 1-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sofoklis Prinianakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Devon Hook lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The score was 2-0 after a penalty in the 49th minute, where Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy:s Zbyszek Le Bonniec tricked Henley on Thames United:s Sofoklis Prinianakis with a difficult ball by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristian Ottaway stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Kristian Ottaway came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Henley on Thames United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Ottaway couldn't finish the play. Sofoklis Prinianakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Henley on Thames United's zone, Tristan Lannister stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sofoklis Prinianakis came out of the goal and Tristan Lannister tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy made a substitution. Deng Sha Chong replaced Wawrzyniec Domamir. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Mieszko Marosz was substituted for Jerry Cala. In the 73rd minute Tristan Lannister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Prinianakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Ottaway in the 92nd minute of play. After 92 minutes of play, Henley on Thames United's Kristian Ottaway made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaw Nowak was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Mieszko Marosz in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Henley on Thames United's goalie prevented a goal. Gustaw Nowak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Houghton in the 98th minute. Zbyszek Le Bonniec might have been able to make a better finish in the 100th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofoklis Prinianakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszek Le Bonniec ran back to his position shaking his head.
