Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Sálvio Ramalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to F.C. Paços de Ferreira getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Igor Tudor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Bomba in the 30th minute of play forced NFC Eagles 22's goalkeeper Ciccio Tacconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the F.C. Paços de Ferreira defense, 盛世 高文竞 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sálvio Ramalho. The F.C. Paços de Ferreira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sálvio Ramalho should have stopped the shot. Ciccio Tacconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Bomba in the 34th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, 盛世 高文竞 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NFC Eagles 22 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ciccio Tacconi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Bomba's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
