But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niculae Ungureanu couldn't finish the play. Murat Zelenika recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giannis Konstantinou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saltuk Askeroğlu in the 6th minute of the match. In the 11thth minute of the game Murat Zelenika who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Tidéksson in the 14th minute of play. Ödön Szily fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Konstantinou having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Blue Warriors™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Cannata to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Blue Warriors™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börge Tidéksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Warriors™'s zone, Niculae Ungureanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giannis Konstantinou came out of the goal and Niculae Ungureanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Blue Warriors™'s Murat Zelenika in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalie prevented a goal. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Muzafer Mašić was slow to take the kick. During this time Blue Warriors™'s players had a chance to rest. Andriy Lunin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Zelenika in the 36th minute of the match. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Tidéksson in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Blue Warriors™'s Murat Zelenika nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andriy Lunin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Saltuk Askeroğlu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Giannis Konstantinou skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Murat Zelenika to make the kick off. Andriy Lunin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murat Zelenika, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. In the 52nd minute Blue Warriors™ were awarded a corner. Muzafer Mašić went to the cornerflag to take it. Pedro Luiz Dantas was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 54 minutes into the game, Murat Zelenika cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Andriy Lunin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute Murat Zelenika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Lunin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin got control of the ball when Börge Tidéksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Niculae Ungureanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blue Warriors™'s Yuan Bin Liang was substituted for Pedro Luiz Dantas. In the 70thth minute of the game Saltuk Askeroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blue Warriors™'s Giannis Konstantinou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saltuk Askeroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Zelenika in the 84th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Andriy Lunin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niculae Ungureanu in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giannis Konstantinou saved Blue Warriors™ from getting behind. Jahija Selimotić made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Momo Falah immediately put the ball in play. After 88 played minutes Blue Warriors™ got a freekick which was hit by Jahija Selimotić. 91 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Murat Zelenika came free, but Andriy Lunin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eldar Huseinović got a throw-in 93 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Momo Falah. After 93 played minutes SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Brufau. Andriy Lunin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murat Zelenika in the 95th minute. The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Blue Warriors™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Blue Warriors™.
