The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Leandro got free with Benedicto Ireno in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hernán Leandro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benedicto Ireno came out and tried to block the shot, but Hernán Leandro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Hernán Leandro made the kick off in the second half. ACF Fiorentina's Federico Kalinowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ACF Fiorentina from getting a goal against them. ACF Fiorentina's Maximino Cabezon was substituted for Hernán Leandro. Martin Vellito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Benedicto Ireno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ACF Fiorentina's Hildeberto Carvalho was substituted for Saturnino Michael. But to his dismay, Maximino Cabezon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ulryk Fikus kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, ACF Fiorentina's Anselmo Luar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Ireno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Benedicto Ireno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Cabezon in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Calvino in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Kalinowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 played minutes ACF Fiorentina got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Gaufred.

C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
