Emílio Zanette was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Santos FC da ZL's Emílio Zanette got control of the ball when Gilmar Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Douglas de Souza made a precise shot to the right of Emílio Zanette. Santos FC da ZL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With an all-out effort, Floresta Club U18's Emílio Zanette threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gilmar Castro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner ended in Ruy da Rocha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Santos FC da ZL's Emílio Zanette did a great save. In the 34th minute, Floresta Club U18's Gilmar Castro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emílio Zanette. The wind increased when Benedito Salgado made the kick off in the second half. Charles Saldanha hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Floresta Club U18's Gilmar Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Santos FC da ZL's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy da Rocha came free, but Emílio Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Douglas de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emílio Zanette was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game.
