After 4 minutes Mrocezenko SSA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zhuo Bo Bo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Zhuo Bo Bo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walery Kiszkiel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mrocezenko SSA's Walery Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Gronow in the 7th minute of play. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mrocezenko SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zhuo Bo Bo was slow to take the kick. During this time Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's players had a chance to rest. Zhuo Bo Bo made a great header on Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's corner, it was just that Mrocezenko SSA's Walery Kiszkiel managed to reach the ball for a save. Todd Gronow might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walery Kiszkiel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Todd Gronow ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute Todd Gronow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomáš Ikalewicz in the 17th minute of play. Fabio Manuelo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Mrocezenko SSA defense, Todd Gronow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walery Kiszkiel. The Mrocezenko SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walery Kiszkiel should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivert Deckbergh in the 30th minute of play forced Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mrocezenko SSA's zone, Todd Gronow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Kiszkiel came out of the goal and Todd Gronow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute Tomáš Ikalewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Todd Gronow in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walery Kiszkiel saved Mrocezenko SSA from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Todd Gronow in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walery Kiszkiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Mrocezenko SSA's zone, Todd Gronow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Kiszkiel came out of the goal and Todd Gronow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Ikalewicz came free, but Abelardo Janpier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mrocezenko SSA getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Adam Floreanu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Todd Gronow managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Todd Gronow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walery Kiszkiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Todd Gronow put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walery Kiszkiel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Gronow in the 55th minute of play forced Mrocezenko SSA's goalkeeper Walery Kiszkiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Todd Gronow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walery Kiszkiel was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 58th match minute, Mrocezenko SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Floreanu to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Todd Gronow notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Mrocezenko SSA's Walery Kiszkiel. Walery Kiszkiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Hayri Pitirimov replaced Gerardo Etxepare. Walery Kiszkiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Ratulowski in the 79th minute of play. Walery Kiszkiel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariusz Ratulowski went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Andreas Harlén replaced Ildefonso Foro. In the 87thth minute of the game Mariusz Ratulowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mrocezenko SSA's Walery Kiszkiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariusz Ratulowski in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walery Kiszkiel saved Mrocezenko SSA from getting behind. In the 91st minute of the match Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC got a corner. Mrocezenko SSA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zhuo Bo Bo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Zhuo Bo Bo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walery Kiszkiel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 94th minute, Fabio Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Mrocezenko SSA's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC had won, even though Mrocezenko SSA had held more of the ball.
