Ben Stiller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Martin Cordeal made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Rosario in the 10th minute of play forced Seggiano's goalkeeper Eugenio Colecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes Seggiano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edelmiro Nikola who took care of the corner kick.
