RACIN DE CHAWEN were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Cremonese's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wellington Flores took the corner. RACIN DE CHAWEN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Lu Guang Lang scored to the left of an out of position Marco Pedriza, making the score, 2-0. In the 32nd minute Luiz Gustavo do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, RACIN DE CHAWEN's Xulian Abellan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Gustavo do Valle in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Cruz saved Cremonese from getting behind. Luiz Gustavo do Valle took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Cruz. Jeremias Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luiz Gustavo do Valle made the kick off in the second half. Jeremias Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marco Pedriza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Rexino in the 71st minute of play. Marco Pedriza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Ciempa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Luiz Gustavo do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RACIN DE CHAWEN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 85thth minute of the game Luiz Gustavo do Valle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cremonese's Jeremias Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeremias Cruz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rufo Serra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 89 minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Witold Ciempa made a precise shot to the right of Marco Pedriza. RACIN DE CHAWEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5.

The Cremonese supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching RACIN DE CHAWEN's performance. The match ended with a win for RACIN DE CHAWEN.
