Qatar Dust Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Griskultingarnas FF's goalkeeper Natasha Sjøholm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hocine Bentaala. 13 minutes into the match, Griskultingarnas FF's goal looked a bit too open when Hocine Bentaala came free, but Natasha Sjøholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Qatar Dust Kickers's Hocine Bentaala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Natasha Sjøholm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Hocine Bentaala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th play minute Hocine Bentaala came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Natasha Sjøholm. 2-2. Natasha Sjøholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheikha Fellahi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Cheikha Fellahi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natasha Sjøholm was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Rosendo Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jochem Klooster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Seguinus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Smedfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Hocine Bentaala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Qatar Dust Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Olívio Sjøholm came free, but Rosendo Seguinus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Griskultingarnas FF's Jimmy Busk made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Seguinus was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th match minute, Griskultingarnas FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Hansson to maneuver through the defense. Djabir Bellemou Messaoud lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Rosendo Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Ekström in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The supporters of Griskultingarnas FF booed when Qatar Dust Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdellah Kader didn't get a good kick on the ball. Qatar Dust Kickers's Rosendo Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jochem Klooster in the 56th minute of play. After 59 minutes Qatar Dust Kickers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arman Ekström who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Griskultingarnas FF's corner Arman Ekström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rosendo Seguinus quite easily take care of the ball. The corner led Griskultingarnas FF's Olívio Sjøholm to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Seguinus despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Qatar Dust Kickers's Soltani Drid sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natasha Sjøholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th match minute, Griskultingarnas FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Vestberg to maneuver through the defense. Jochem Klooster scored 3-4 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Seguinus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Natasha Sjøholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soltani Drid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The Griskultingarnas FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Griskultingarnas FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
