An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Calçada in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Wrocanka's goalkeeper Beto Santirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basílio Amaral hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Abel Calçada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Santirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, FC Wrocanka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Arrelucea to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match, Sverker Danielsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albérico Carmona saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Beto Santirso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Wei Guang in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Tutti Mammati getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. In the 46th match minute, Tutti Mammati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qu Wei Guang to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sverker Danielsson to make the kick off. In the 80th minute, Sverker Danielsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wrocanka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Tutti Mammati made a substitution. Damião Castanheira replaced Jaman Nejmann. Erik Beckeman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Beto Santirso made a huge save. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albérico Carmona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 96th minute Madaleno Quevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Santirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Wrocanka had won after a very even match.
