Laércio de Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. Erubiel Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Rulli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinando Michelini in the 40th minute. After 42 minutes, Timoteo Hug mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ and the Internacional players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Hug. The CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Internacional were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Haritz to strike the kick off in the second half. Rafael Abarca came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erubiel Frans could save by the left post.
