Spectators: 453 (Terracing: 340, Seating: 104, VIP seats: 9) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iwo Posadzki took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Zăreanu in the 7th minute of play forced UÅ Mästerbotten's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Champions Iasi's Rouven Nussli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Posadzki in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Iwo Posadzki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rouven Nussli, 1-0. Karl-Magnus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Gierlach in the 22nd minute of play. Karl-Magnus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Muntian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Magnus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Fagrell in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iwo Posadzki in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rouven Nussli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Champions Iasi's Rouven Nussli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Posadzki in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Champions Iasi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iwo Kilar was slow to take the kick. During this time UÅ Mästerbotten's players had a chance to rest. In the 32nd minute Waldemar Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, UÅ Mästerbotten's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Gierlach came free, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rouven Nussli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Posadzki in the 40th minute of the match. Harri Takavirta made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Basarab Alexandru. After 46 played minutes Champions Iasi got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Crăciunaș. 47 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Rouven Nussli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwo Posadzki.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldemar Gierlach was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, UÅ Mästerbotten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rappo Rapado to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd match minute, Champions Iasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Zăreanu to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Posadzki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Posadzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Champions Iasi's Waldemar Gierlach dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. UÅ Mästerbotten's Karl-Magnus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Pieters in the 68th minute of play. Rouven Nussli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Posadzki in the 69th minute of play. After 70 minutes Champions Iasi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iwo Kilar who took care of the corner kick. UÅ Mästerbotten's Eulalio Xabier was substituted for Iwo Kilar. UÅ Mästerbotten made a substitution. Hernández Fernández replaced Iwo Posadzki. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when UÅ Mästerbotten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Friberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Magnus Ekrot was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Basarab Alexandru. In the 77th minute of the match Rappo Rapado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rouven Nussli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Isac Muntian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. UÅ Mästerbotten's Karl-Magnus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Gierlach in the 89th minute of play. Rouven Nussli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernández Fernández in the 94th minute of play.

The Champions Iasi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
