Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlad Chiriță, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Beard in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paşa Nada saved Fenato futebol clube from getting behind. Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belmiro Capixaba in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Belmiro Capixaba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jospeh McNally was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 30th minute Luís Guilherme Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jospeh McNally took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Capixaba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fenato futebol clube booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Beard didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Brooklyn SC's Greg Giraldo was substituted for Gerardo Beard. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vlad Chiriță made a kick off. Jonas Cole's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paşa Nada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute, Vlad Chiriță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Barral in the 60th minute of play forced Fenato futebol clube's goalkeeper Paşa Nada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dráuzio Barral in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paşa Nada saved Fenato futebol clube from getting behind. Paşa Nada had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Jonas Cole's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jospeh McNally came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fenato futebol clube's Vlad Chiriță. But to his dismay, Vlad Chiriță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Paşa Nada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute Jonas Cole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paşa Nada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso da Silveira's late challenge caught a Brooklyn SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. Afonso da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Fenato futebol clube made a substitution. Paşa Nada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
