John Osomo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deilmison Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennvar Caddick in the 15th minute of the match. The corner led PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Sandro Mandrak to fire away a dangerous shot which Deilmison Oblak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Freezerpool FC's attentive Ren Hong Chuan managed to snatch the ball when Denílson Abreu made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Freezerpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frans Larsfelt came free, but Deilmison Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Osomo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's zone, Robert Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Osomo came out of the goal and Robert Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, Bennvar Caddick made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Freezerpool FC's Deilmison Oblak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Deilmison Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennvar Caddick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper John Osomo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Lewandowski. 41 minutes into the game, Kléberson Guedes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Freezerpool FC's Black Demon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 44 minutes into the match, Robert Lewandowski notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's John Osomo. John Osomo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Lewandowski to make the kick off.
