Marco Silvestri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Csongor Csorba went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 6th minute, Lajos Józsa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Vygandas Jančiauskas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of András Horváth. Szajk LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vygandas Jančiauskas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ciro Immobile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. András Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vygandas Jančiauskas. Marco Silvestri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zalán Kovács in the 37th minute of play. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Marco Silvestri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zalán Kovács in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of SPALLETTE RETURNS booed when Szajk LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Józsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Bevilacqua missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 47 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the András Horváth right hand side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Csongor Csorba to strike the kick off in the second half. András Horváth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vygandas Jančiauskas in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Adriano Biagetti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SPALLETTE RETURNS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Vygandas Jančiauskas took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised András Horváth. András Horváth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Vygandas Jančiauskas might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over András Horváth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vygandas Jančiauskas ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of SPALLETTE RETURNS booed when Szajk LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zsolt Nagy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szajk LC's András Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vygandas Jančiauskas in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vygandas Jančiauskas in the 66th minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Vygandas Jančiauskas made a precise shot to the right of András Horváth. Szajk LC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Vygandas Jančiauskas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without András Horváth having to make a save. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
