After 8 minutes Limburg United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rubim Jordão who took care of the corner kick. The corner led SITIO CITY's Milosz Gierlach to fire away a dangerous shot which Hendrik Herremans despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pawel Czubski got free with Hendrik Herremans in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner ended in Jens-Erik Bryngelsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans did a great save. When Carlos Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the SITIO CITY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Garcia couldn't finish the play. Zé Gato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jason Jonckers in the 15th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hendrik Herremans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a little luck, Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans got control of the ball when Carlos Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. SITIO CITY's Zé Gato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Terwenhout in the 27th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hendrik Herremans. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Jonckers in the 45th minute of play forced SITIO CITY's goalkeeper Zé Gato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, SITIO CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Czubski to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Limburg United's Fabian Orellana broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Garcia made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Carlos Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hendrik Herremans. Limburg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 58th minute, Kieth De Hond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Carlos Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlos Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hendrik Herremans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Anios Karaoulanis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Carlos Garcia notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans. Hendrik Herremans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho was substituted for Carlos Garcia. SITIO CITY's Julio Iglesias was substituted for Jens-Erik Bryngelsson. In the 78thth minute of the game Luís Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jason Jonckers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Adolfo Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hendrik Herremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Carvalho in the 89th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hendrik Herremans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Luís Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hendrik Herremans having to make a save. If Luís Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hendrik Herremans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Carvalho in the 95th minute of the match. Many of Limburg United's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Limburg United may have spent more time on the ball, but SITIO CITY were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
