The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nuka Crazies's Hugo Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Pieters in the 6th minute of play. Hugo Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Muntian, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Hugo Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Gierlach in the 16th minute of the match. Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Champions Iasi's Rouven Nussli got control of the ball when Jonny Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Jonny Sjöberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rouven Nussli to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the game, Jonny Sjöberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rouven Nussli. Jonny Sjöberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when Nuka Crazies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rouven Nussli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonny Sjöberg in the 34th minute. Jonny Sjöbergs short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Rouven Nussli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hugo Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Muntian, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. 2-1 became the score in the 48th minute when Isac Muntian elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonny Sjöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Isac Muntian got a free kick in the 57th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Nuka Crazies's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Zăreanu came free, but Hugo Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rouven Nussli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Sjöberg in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Nuka Crazies defense, Stefan Pieters kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Blomqvist. The Nuka Crazies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Blomqvist should have stopped the shot. Nuka Crazies made a substitution. Magnus Runeberg replaced Jonny Sjöberg. Hugo Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Muntian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rouven Nussli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Runeberg in the 84th minute of play. Zebastian Ånger kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Waldemar Gierlach notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Nuka Crazies's Hugo Blomqvist. Hugo Blomqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute Magnus Runeberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rouven Nussli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Champions Iasi's Rouven Nussli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Runeberg in the 93rd minute of play. Hugo Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Zăreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Magnus Runeberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
