Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Sundström in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to FC Kurdistan getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fredric Hybbert hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristoforo Labate. In the 26th minute, Nils Hopp made a precise shot to the right of Dražen Ladić. AC Morena's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AC Morena's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yin Yun Fan might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dražen Ladić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yin Yun Fan ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The AC Morena players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Kurdistan were winning 0-2.
Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after AC Morena's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erhard Esbo took the corner. When Bogdan Mangúrov fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Morena's protests and gave Bogdan Mangúrov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for FC Kurdistan. Fredric Hybbert stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dražen Ladić. 0-3. After 57 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Hybbert. In the 63rd minute Lars Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Gana in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AC Morena's zone, Lars Sundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dražen Ladić came out of the goal and Lars Sundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Bammerman came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Bammerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Bammerman came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
