In the 17th minute, Urban Wennerquist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saverio Fidele was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Hökqvist in the 19th minute of play forced Beşiktaş çArşı's goalkeeper Kazım Lokman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
