The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Lev Postupalenko made a precise shot to the right of Tião Galvão. Gaviões Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Lev Postupalenko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tião Galvão. Gaviões Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lev Postupalenko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 16 minutes into the match, King Of The Jungle's Lev Postupalenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tião Galvão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Gaviões Futebol Clube's zone, Lev Postupalenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tião Galvão came out of the goal and Lev Postupalenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lev Postupalenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tião Galvão made a huge save. Lev Postupalenko might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tião Galvão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lev Postupalenko ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Gaviões Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Tião Galvão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lev Postupalenko. Lev Postupalenko scored 4-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tião Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tião Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lev Postupalenko went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Gaviões Futebol Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Lev Postupalenko scored to the left of an out of position Tião Galvão, making the score, 6-0. After 43 played minutes King Of The Jungle got a freekick which was hit by Maurín Banda. Gaviões Futebol Clube's Tião Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lev Postupalenko in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

51 minutes into the game, Cido Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gaviões Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave King Of The Jungle the free kick. Cido Luz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Lev Postupalenko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tião Galvão. Gaviões Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lev Postupalenko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Tião Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lev Postupalenko went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Batıkan Erdem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Gaviões Futebol Clube defense, Lev Postupalenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tião Galvão. The Gaviões Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tião Galvão should have stopped the shot. Lev Postupalenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaviões Futebol Clube's Ricardinho Chaves was substituted for Cido Luz. Lev Postupalenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tião Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lev Postupalenko took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tião Galvão. Tião Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. After 83 played minutes Gaviões Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Paulinho Arantes. Gaviões Futebol Clube's Aírton Siqueira was substituted for Pedro Luís Cavalcante. After a rather tough play, Gaviões Futebol Clube's Paulinho Arantes got a free kick in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Atabek Hadi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tião Galvão was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute Atabek Hadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tião Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. King Of The Jungle's Aykut Sakman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Samuel Sousa, made in the 89th minute of the game. Tião Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Atabek Hadi went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. King Of The Jungle's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
