Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicolae Petrulean took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dante Chapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Di Blasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Petrulean in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolae Petrulean in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matei Răducu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Vaccean Warriors's goalkeeper Dante Chapel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barrie Deacon. Nicolae Petrulean hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alessandro do Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Dante Chapel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dante Chapel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harm de Freitas went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Matei Răducu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Petrulean in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Vaccean Warriors booed when MarquinhosEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harm de Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolae Petrulean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Răducu having to interfere. Vaccean Warriors's Dante Chapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harm de Freitas in the 37th minute of play. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Petrulean in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Vaccean Warriors getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pericles Harroyo hit a great ball. Patxi España hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's Gabriel Martini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Chapel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
After some careless play in the MarquinhosEC defense, Nicolae Petrulean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matei Răducu. The MarquinhosEC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matei Răducu should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Nicolae Petrulean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MarquinhosEC's Inácio Freitas was substituted for Alessandro do Valle. MarquinhosEC made a substitution. Esteve Quinto replaced Mark Kovalev. MarquinhosEC's Marco Tardelli was substituted for Harm de Freitas. Nicolae Petrulean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patxi España kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Marco Tardelli's late challenge caught a Vaccean Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Tardelli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, MarquinhosEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Tardelli to maneuver through the defense. Inácio Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dante Chapel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Chapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Tardelli in the 88th minute of the match.
